When to change tack


Developing and maintaining quality key performance indicators (KPI’s) will be key. But importantly senior management need to make time to evaluate what the KPI's are indicating and take precise action.  Too often we see businesses with KPI’s that do not form part of the weekly review by the Directors.


Understanding the cash flow runway and agreeing key milestones and actions that need to be taken is key. Often we see senior management leaving key decision too long in the belief that something will change, maybe that elusive larger contract will land !
